Diamond Content Management is very simple to use. Bulding each new website only requires a little preparation - such as buying a domain name and web hosting (cheap options are covered in the manual), creating a header graphic for it, what colors you want and so on. Include an Articles page which is created from RSS feeds from article directories (requires an extra 3rd-party script).
